I suspect it is in the fine print that by purchasing their merchandise you are agreeing to this scam. MVQ credited my account after I spoke to a supervisor and threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. What if the shoe were on the other foot? If I went into a Chadwick's department store and stole $100.00 worth of their merchandise. Could I tell the mgmt. they should have read the disclaimer on the inseam of my pants I was wearing, it reads "I might use use your store to increase my wardrobe".
